Our commitment

ATMOSLIVING LTD wants this shop to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion settings.

What we aim for

We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice that means:

• text that meets contrast requirements against its background;
• every interactive control reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
• images carrying meaningful alternative text;
• form fields with associated labels;
• animation reduced automatically when your device requests reduced motion;
• page structure marked up with correct headings and landmarks.

Known limitations

Some third-party components embedded in the shop — payment windows and certain apps — are outside our direct control, and their accessibility depends on their providers. Where we find a barrier, we look for an accessible alternative.

If you encounter something you cannot use, we want to hear about it. Email support@atmosliving.co describing the page and what happened, and the assistive technology and browser you were using if you know them.

We aim to acknowledge within one working day and to tell you what we can do and by when. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
